I also didn’t appreciate the unexpected $50 pet fee. It wasn’t mentioned when I made the reservation, so that caught me off guard. Overall, I would consider going back. just be prepared for some quirks.

i’ve stayed at other hotels in bakersfield, but this place really stood out. the staff was very accommodating and friendly, making my escape from the chaos so much easier. the proximity to food options was also a big plus, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay.

Finally, a $50 charge appeared unexpectedly, making the payment process feel a bit deceptive and leaving me frustrated about how funds were handled after checking out.

I had a pleasant stay with clean accommodations and a very welcoming team that made check-in smooth. the noise from the nearby homeless individuals made my experience a bit uncomfortable at times.
